Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders typically ship the next business day. Your order will be shipped using Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.
Please note - if you choose the Overnight Shipping option, your items will ship out the same day only if the order is placed by 12 noon PST, orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day. Currently, we do not offer an Overnight Saturday delivery option, so orders placed on Friday before 12 noon with Overnight Shipping will arrive the following Monday.
At Dreamgirl we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, please consider that Dreamgirl will not be held accountable for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, shipping service interruptions, etc. You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. We ship to all contiguous United States.
Lingerie, Hosiery, Wigs, and Clearance Items sales are final.
Costumes and Accessories
- Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed & with original tags & packaging).
- Dreamgirl will accept returns within 15 days of shipment date, given that the items are in the same condition as received with original tags and packaging.
- Dreamgirl will NOT credit shipping fees unless the error was on our end (Damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped).
- Processing returns can take a few days, please be patient.
- NO returns of Costumes and Costume Accessories will be authorized or accepted from 10/15 through 11/30. All Halloween sales are final.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 15 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We will refund the return shipping cost if a copy of the shipping receipt is included. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. PLEASE NOTE only standard carrier services will be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN
To obtain a return authorization, send an email to email@example.com and provide the details of your return or exchange. Once you have your RA#, download and fill out the return form:
Please completely fill out the return form. Returns without a completely filled out form CAN NOT be processed and therefore CAN NOT be refunded.
Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope (you may also use the original package). Make sure to print the RA# on the outside of the box!
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
